WE JUST COME FOR WELLNESS In my birthday me and my husband decided to enjoy the wellness there. We come with paying 25KM per person. We was so excited, the reception man ask us to see first but we say no need because this hotel have good feedback. And Yes !!! Don't always belive on GOOD COMMENTS check with our on eyes is the good decision. We enter.. the wellness smelly, Sauna not working, 2 of them work but only 21° swimming pool dirty, and small ( don't believe in picture ) inside the steam sauna smelly nothing is make us happy. We called the staff for help he come and say " I am sorry our wellness staff not working today " Okey.. if the wellness staff not working, means is nobody clean that area ? the wellness is important part of the hotel facilities. Every hotel have general cleaning staff who have responsibilities to cleaning. I can say that, because I am wellness person, I am working in hotel as wellness manager for more than 25 year and I can say wellness on this hotel are 1/10. They are work with good brands as loccitane,but the wellness conditions is not for this big brand. End of story we ask our money back and i admitted i am choosing a wrong place to relax in my birthday.

We would also like to clarify that the request for a refund was made immediately upon check-in. As confirmed in your reservation details, the booking was made under a non-refundable cancellation policy, which clearly states that the payment cannot be returned in case of early departure or dissatisfaction after check-in. This policy was agreed upon at the time of booking through the platform used. Nevertheless, our team remained available and attempted to assist you during your stay within the framework of hotel procedures and the conditions of your reservation. Very Disappointed - Pests, Poor Service, and a Catastrophic Stay

We arrived late at night with our three young children, tired after a long journey. We had booked a villa and were looking forward to a peaceful and pleasant stay, but unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed. As soon as we entered the villa, we were greeted by an unpleasant sight: long-legged silverfish crawling on the ceiling, a dead beetle in the shower, and spiders hanging from the ceiling. My husband had to go to the reception, and we were promised two rooms in the main building instead. When we finally reached those rooms, they were no better. We found a live silverfish on the floor in one of the rooms, and outside our other room, there was a large dead brown beetle. We felt very uncomfortable staying there due to the pests and insects, and now we were left without accommodation in Sarajevo in the middle of the night, with three tired and disappointed children. We contacted the hotel's manager, Nermin Horman, who informed us that they would not reimburse us for the nights, even though we had paid over 500 euros for accommodation that we never used. After a long night of searching for another hotel, we eventually found a room at Ibis Styles. When we checked in, we realized that it was actually a sister hotel to Tarcin. The room was okay, but the breakfast was another disappointment. Dirty plates, an unappetizing buffet, and ants in the restaurant quickly made us realize that we didn’t want to stay here either. In summary: We had a terrible experience at Tarcin Forest Resort and spa and cannot recommend it to anyone. Poor hygiene, pests, unprofessional service, and no support from the hotel when we needed it the most. Avoid this hotel if you want a comfortable and safe stay.

First of a very friendly staff, especially Tareq, with a great smile and attitude willingly to assist you with your needs. Also, others like the old guy in the restaurant. If you need to see a fabulous scenery of condensed greenery covered in the morning with fog carpet mesmerizing your sensation, then take your beloved husband and stay there.
