We would like to emphasize that throughout your stay, our team made continuous efforts to address your concerns and improve your comfort, with the sincere intention that you and your family feel satisfied during your time at our hotel. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, it appears that we were unable to meet your expectations, which we acknowledge can happen, as every guest experience is subjective. We would also like to clarify that the request for a refund was made immediately upon check-in. As confirmed in your reservation details, the booking was made under a non-refundable cancellation policy, which clearly states that the payment cannot be returned in case of early departure or dissatisfaction after check-in. This policy was agreed upon at the time of booking through the platform used. Nevertheless, our team remained available and attempted to assist you during your stay within the framework of hotel procedures and the conditions of your reservation. We regret that your overall impression remained negative despite our efforts.
