Muchas gracias por sus valiosos comentarios respecto a su estadía en el hotel ibis Budget Aguascalientes Norte. Le pedimos una disculpa por el tema de las toallas. Al percatarnos de que había 4 personas en la habitación, debieron dejar 4 toallas. Sin embargo, siempre puede pedir toallas adicionales al personal de la recepción, independientemente del número de personas que ocupen la habitación. Muy Cordialmente.

I should have known by the way the common areas looked that my room would not be clean. The carpeting in lobby and hallways looked like it had not been vacuumed in moths. Upon entrance to my first room, I realized that it had not been made since the last guest, as the beds were not made and there was food and garbage all over the floor. I was then given another room that have been made but I noticed hair all over the bathroom floor and in the sheets of the bed. I got out of there as fast as I could after that.

Que porquería de hotel

Es un hotel que solo supera que te quedes en el asiento de tu coche, los cuartos miden 2x2 mts, la cama es incómoda solo te ponen una sábana y una colcha que por cierto hasta el día siguiente nos dimos cuenta que tenían pelos, las almohadas malísimas, no hay toalla para manos, adquiri 3 habitaciones y en dos de ellas las camas sucias, el piso de los baños ni siquiera le pasaron una escoba, como es posible que en situación de covid ni siquiera tengan el más mínimo cuidado de limpieza por supuesto que ni siquiera deben estar sanitizados los cuartos, si requieres planchar algo te tienes que ir al finde del pasillo de los cuartos para planchar tu prenda porque de plano no cabe en la habitación, de verdad UNA PORQUERÍA DE HOTEL

Siempre estoy atento a cualquier mejora que podamos hacer y es por eso que valoro sinceramente la observación que nos indicó sobre la limpieza. Soy consciente de la gravedad del problema y quiero transmitirle mi más sincera disculpa. Compartiré su comentario con mi equipo de Ama de Llaves y revisaré con ellos las acciones correctivas a implementar para corregir estas áreas de oportunidad que nos indica.
