Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com o hotel. Oferecem estacionamento como cortesia , mas para carros maiores tem uma ala específica q eles não conseguem deixar reservada a estes carros . É assim não conseguem ser corretos em oferecer estacionamento a todos , uma vez q as vagas são por ordem de chegada independente do tamanho do carro. Mas até aí, relevei , o problema foi a grosseria do funcionário qdo deixei o carro na frente do hotel, ao lado de um furgão q estava na frente do hotel. Esse funcionário me ameaçou não fazer Chech in., iludido , já tinha feito, pago etc , ou seja , já era hóspede do hotel … aí penso ,,,, será q é assim q eles tratam todos os hóspedes ou somente pq sou mulher… bom , não será um local q irei me hospedar novamente…

Experiência horrível. - Check in demorado, apenas 1 pessoa atendendo. - As vagas mal cabem os carros para descer é impossível. - recepção despreparada ou mal orientada, tenho alguns benefícios na categoria de fidelidade que estou, e a recepção se deu de desentendida, mas corrigiu posteriormente. Se eles que trabalham com isso não sabem o que o cliente tem de benefício quem é que sabe? - televisão do quarto não funciona nenhum canal, segundo recepção é um problema geral, sem previsão de retorno. O mínimo que se espera de um hotel São profissionais capacitados, uma boa cama, um banho quente, internet e TV. Não é muito né? Fiquei sem tv a hospedagem toda. Tem opções melhores na cidade com o mesmo custo-benefício, não vale a pena! Não chega a ser a pior experiência, mas é uma das!

I always book this hotel when I stop in Bauru. The rooms are fair and the parking and breakfast are courtesy of the hotel. The staff are helpful and professional. The breakfast is a buffet but the two mornings we went, it was unattended and some of the items were missing and nobody was there to make sure they were replaced with more things such as the orange juice, the hotdogs in tomato sauce, some of the fruits, etc.

I went to Bauru for my son´s graduation. The hotel offers a garage free of charges. The rooms offer a good space and the bathroom was quite clean. I missed the existence of a safe box to put some of my belongings. The AC worked fine. The hotel is across the street from a gas station, close to some fast food chains, and has a Japanese food restaurant with a very good variety of things in their buffet.

The rooms are fair sized and the air conditioning works fairly well. The staff are pleasant, but the Internet leaves much to be desired. Rather than fix it, I had to move rooms and floors in order to get some that worked.
