We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the mattress and the stress during breakfast. We're constantly working to improve our services, and your comments are invaluable in helping us identify areas for enhancement. Regarding the cleaning schedule, we understand your concerns, and we truly appreciate your understanding of our current staffing challenges. We would love to hire more housekeeping staff, but we are unfortunately facing a shortage of candidates at the moment.
