Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis d’apprendre que vous avez apprécié le confort de votre chambre ainsi que la qualité du linge, et que l’accueil de notre équipe à la réception et au bar vous a particulièrement marqué. Vos compliments seront transmis à nos collaborateurs avec grand plaisir. Nous regrettons sincèrement les désagréments rencontrés lors du petit déjeuner du second matin. Un dysfonctionnement exceptionnel de nos machines à café a malheureusement perturbé le service, et le réapprovisionnement du buffet n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos standards. Votre remarque concernant l’égalité de l’offre, quel que soit l’horaire d’arrivée, est parfaitement justifiée. Nous en avons bien pris note afin d'améliorer nos procédures et garantir une qualité constante tout au long du service. Nous espérons que le geste fait sur place a permis d’atténuer quelque peu votre déception. Encore merci pour vos retours constructifs.
