Great location to retail, cafes, restaurants and bars. Plenty of on site parking, friendly, helpful staff, clean quite room, very comfortable bed. Outdoor pool which is welcome in the warmer months, restaurant on site. Late check out was appreciated. Looking forward to staying again.

Disappointing given the above experience and the food in the restaurant was not to the usual standard.

I was extremely disappointed and concerned when arriving back to my room after breakfast and before checking out to find housekeeping staff stripping my room. My luggage etc. was still in my room - clearly my privacy was seriously compromised. I reported this incident to management however have not received any formal feedback and or apology. Myself and my management colleagues stay regularly at the Mercure Albury which makes this even more concerning.

Lovely little hotel in a great location close to everything Albury has to offer. Rooms were clean and spacious ad the staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was good value, especially the waffles! Recommend happy hour spent outside overlooking the pool.

We always stay at the Mecure Albury because of the central location and being able to walk around the town centre. The hotel has needed an upgrade for sometime and now the hotel is in the process of finished off the work. The rooms have always been large and now they have new furnishings and a new console under the TV. It is the same old fridge but it looks like they are going to be replaced. The curtains are new along with the carpet and a paint job. The bathrooms have not been touched but are OK. I will always stop off here and now even more determined to look no further. There is also free onsite parking and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Essen im Restaurant knapp genügend. Fleisch well done gekocht statt wie verlangt medium rare.
