Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan! Hotel ini memiliki pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional sejak proses check-i, khususnya bagi pelayanan dari staff Aep, Azah, dan Wisnu. Nginep di kamar 715, Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi bersih nyaman. Hanya kabel nozle semprotan kloset kependekan. Fasilitas lainnya baik dan banyak permainan buat anak. Lokasi juga strategis dkt tempat makan yg viral2 di Bandung. Over all okeh. Petugas yg bersihin kamar oleh aep, ajah dan wisnu.
