Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer allerdings lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bei geschlossener Tür ist eine ca. 0,5 cm breite Lücke zum Rahmen, sodass alle Stimmen, Geräusche, etc vom Flur laut zu hören waren. Ebenfalls ist das Fenster sehr schwach. Unser Zimmer lag im 8. Stock zur Hauptstraße. der gesamte Lärm von draußen war mit einer Laufstärke zu hören, als ob das Fenster geöffnet war. Zudem sind die Gardinen / Vorhänge so dünn, dass das Zimmer am frühen morgen schon Tag-hell ist... Zudem ist der Kleiderschrank eher nur eine Garderobe zum aufhängen. Fächer um Kleidung reinzulegen gibt es keine. Die Handtuchablage im Badezimmer fällt von der Wand, sobald man ein Handtuch runternimmt. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat recht wenig Auswahl.
