For this reason, some amenities such as refrigerators, in-room hairdryers, complimentary bottled water and certain bathroom amenities are not included in the room as standard. Hairdryers and additional items are available upon request from reception, and complimentary hot and cold drinking water is available on every guest floor. Regarding housekeeping, linen is changed in accordance with our sustainability program and brand standards, while towels can be replaced more frequently when requested.
