Dear Namgyu S., Thank you for choosing ibis Budget Tbilisi Center and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated our location, but we are sorry to learn that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. As an ibis Budget hotel, our concept is based on providing clean, modern and functional accommodation at an affordable price. For this reason, some amenities such as refrigerators, in-room hairdryers, complimentary bottled water and certain bathroom amenities are not included in the room as standard. Hairdryers and additional items are available upon request from reception, and complimentary hot and cold drinking water is available on every guest floor. Regarding housekeeping, linen is changed in accordance with our sustainability program and brand standards, while towels can be replaced more frequently when requested. We also regret that our breakfast did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue improving our services.
