Lovely hotel, meet by friendly receptionist Emma who was very helpful in explaining all hotel facilities etc. No restaurant at hotel only snack food available but Emma booked a Fantastic restaurant for us only 15 minutes walk away. Spacious room, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Breakfast was good. All in all probably one of the best Ibis styles I have stayed in. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service and comfortable stay - rooftop view is incredible of the Mont Blanc

An absolutely SUPERB hotel from ACCOR - the hotel is very conveniently located next to a major shopping complex and has an amazing view of Mont Blanc with excellent leisure facility. Moreover, the Manager Fabrice and his staff including Emma and Blondine, do an incredible job to give the very best of service whilst working tirelessly for the customers. I was really very impressed with the high level of service and attention. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast exceptional.

Arrived Sunday 11 August for 2 nights the man behind reception was brilliant thank you for your help. Hotel was clean.and modern will be back again keep up the goodwork. Breakfast was good with a good variation of food position also good near the motorway so easy go find and good brasserie nearby

Arrived here after a hellish drive from Calais on our way to Italy. We had booked the budget next door but staff upgraded us to the styles which was very much appreciated. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was so comfy. Design of reception etc was lovely and the staff were excellent, especially in my disheveled state after the drive with a couple toddler and bored dog 😅 will use this as our stopping point in future as I think it’s better than the ibis at the other side of the retail park :)

Last min trip meeting up with friends in Charmonix, most of the hotels in town were full / very expensive. This is the hotel with great value of money including breakfast, hotel is relatively new, spacious room, the toilet with shower has lovely design. The condition is a 25 min drive Free WiFi, parking. Right next is a huge shopping area with the big supermarket. Buffet breakfast, delicious breakfast with special design of ski theme inside of the restaurant. However I got burn by the water boiler, the lid dropped off, the staff didn't show surprise, guess it wasn't the first time. Sauna & jacuzzi was available by booking but guests seems confused with the schedule & privacy time
