Avoid - Hotel Thieves about!!

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of Feb whilst Ski-ing in nearby St Gervais. On our 3rd day after being out all day we returned to find my apple wireless charger was taken from the socket at the side of the bed. The hotel claimed that the worker was new and wouldnt do this as it was Ramadan and was the cousin of the receptionist. The hotel initally said they would replace it on the night when it was initally reported but after the following morning I tried to follow up with the receptionist on duty there was no report of my loss. I reported to the police and to Accor who have taken no responsibiilty. Feels like the reception and housekeeping team are in partnership. Avoid at all costs.

Upon your notification, we promptly initiated the necessary procedures and offered to replace your charger on the same day. You were also refunded as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is inaccurate to say that we did not respond, especially since this matter was followed up with numerous messages from you over the course of more than a week, to which we always responded with courtesy and promptness. We would also like to clarify that no member of our team has been found responsible in this matter after a thorough internal investigation. This is the first time such an incident has been reported at our establishment, and we do not tolerate unfounded accusations or unjustified public disparagement. We deeply regret that you chose to discredit our team by mentioning personal details, such as familial ties or the religious beliefs of our staff. These remarks have no place in a public review and do not reflect the professionalism of our team. Finally, we would like to remind you that you privately mentioned that you would be happy to return to our establishment. We spent 2 nights at the Ibis and are absolutely satisfied. COVID rules are strictly followed, Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is absolute top, fresh organge juice, good coffee machine and perfect buffet for breakfast. Personnel is kind and very attentioned.

Excellent value, usual large chain offering, clean and well specified room, great wifi and very friendly and attentive staff. Covid précautions clearly taken seriously. Easily found from the motorway with a large secure car park. Highly recommended.

Great venue in preparation for arriving at Flaine Ski resort. Just 50 mins down the mountain, enabling an early start on Saturday morning. Restaurant was great - good food and friendly staff (though my son thought portions were too small!).

We were told about the restaurant in this hotel by our own hotel (Ibis Styles) which was along the road but did not have a restaurant. The food was very nice and the service was good. Price was reasonable.
