The hotel is well-located at 10 min walk to all central Trani attractions. It is essential and cleanness acceptable but overpriced for what it offers with expensive (optional) garage parking; very basic breakfast, well below ibis standards; at times, unstable wifi; a fridge that can barely cool food/drinks. I wouldn't return

As a loyal AllAccor member, I usually choose associated hotels, trusting in the standards the brand represents. Unfortunately, this property was a complete disappointment—closer to an outdated shelter from the 1970s than a modern hotel. The staff welcomed me quite nicely, but I was asked to pay the full amount upfront at check-in. In hindsight, this seems intentional: once guests see the actual standard of the hotel, many might otherwise shorten their stay. The room itself was very basic and outdated. Instead of bedside tables, there were stools. The windows faced the railway tracks, which made the room extremely noisy. In my case, the air conditioning worked for only about 40 minutes at a time before shutting off, with no way to reset it. The shower head was broken, and despite assurances that it would be repaired, nothing was done. Breakfast was equally disappointing: limited in both quality and quantity. By 8 a.m., cheese and jam trays were already empty, and the staff in the dining area appeared disinterested and unmotivated. On a positive note, the hotel is within walking distance of the town center, and towels were replaced daily. Unfortunately, these two small positives cannot outweigh the many negatives. Overall, in my opinion the hotel does not meet the standards expected of an AllAccor hotel (including an Ibis Styles), and sadly I would never recommend it.

Trani to wspaniała miejscowość, ma wszelkie walory a jednak nie jest oblegana przez innych turystów dzięki czemu zachowuje lokalny charakter. Hotel Ibis stanowi bardzo dobrą bazę zarówno do zwiedzania miasta, plażowania i wycieczek do innych atrakcji Apulii.
