I had a wonderful stay at your hotel and wanted to share my appreciation. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally accommodating and consistently greeted us with a smile, which made our visit truly enjoyable. The room we stayed in was fantastic-clean, spacious , and well-maintained. As an Accor member, I particularly felt valued and welcomed, which made the experience even more special. Gino, Janella and Robyn from Front Office stood out with exceptional service and genuine friendliness. I also want to thank you for the special amenities provided for my son; they were a thoughtful touch that made his stay even more memorable. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Even though my request for an early check-in wasn't granted, everything about our stay in Joy Nostalg is quite memorable in a very nice way. In-room amenities were more than sufficient with quick deliveries for requests provided by Housekeeping. It is worth noting also that the warm greetings and smiles that the staff members give, are just what we needed to show-off Filipino hospitality. And by the way, thank you for the late check-out. The king size bed may need upgrading as it seems to be worn out over time.

I would like to start by saying the customer service at the Joy Nostalg was top tier from the time I got to the location until the time I left. The staff at the doors are very prompt, nice, and quick to help. I couldn’t even grab my bags they had already taken them inside. The front desk was very quick when responding to request. Not one person gave me a hard time or made me feel like I didn’t matter as a customer. The most captivating experience was with Alex. He was absolutely amazing. Anything I asked Alex he responded promptly and resolved my request. Lastly I commend Alex, Naya, and Marlon for their customer service last night. While in the lobby I witnessed Alex, Naya, and Marlon be called names like stupid. The guest that had just arrived spoke to them in a very disrespectful manner. The 3 employees were insulted like they were not even humankind. The aggression from the customer was very baffling. The customer was so rude to the point I asked the Ates I was with if we needed do something. It was horrible. After being insulted and greeted with ignorance; Alex, Naya, and Marlon all maintained a friendly face and spoke kindly to the guest. All three employees remained humble. They definitely deserve some praise. Overall phenomenal experience!!! I will be staying at the Joy Nostalg again!!! One of the most top tier Hotels in Manila.

We wonen zelf in Manila, maar kennen deze locatie van ut het verleden. Een zeeer mooi hotel, qua locatie, maar te meer door het hotel zelf. De staf is behulpzaam, altijd meedenken, het eten is perfect en als je dan toch blijft slapen, neem dan zeker een all in onbijt mee. Met andere woorden, dichtbij maar zo liefdevol en gezellig.
