It was COLD

The first night the heating system did not work and has not been repaired. I had to sleep under two duvets and id it still has been cold! The staff did apologize for the first night and it has gotten repaired on the next day.

The room was not cleaned during the two-week stay. Toilet paper has not been replenished and soap has not been refilled.

Rooms basic. Breakfast poor, no water in rooms, gym can not be called a gym, weights missing. Staff not very friendly.

I am delighted with my stay. The room was spotless with good furniture, modern, almost new, equipment (hairdryer, air-conditioning, faucets, ...). Breakfast was cheap but more than enough (buffet) and with a suitable variety of food. The personnel was very nice and helpful, too. Perfectly located towards the University of Magdeburg (20 min. by foot, faster with the Öffis) with enough shopping options, from supermarkets to restaurants close by.
