Мы первый раз были на Мальдивах. Наш агент рекомендовала нам Raffles, хотя первоначально мы рассматривали другой отель выше по цене. Нам в Raffles очень понравилось, мы были в восторге от сервиса. Это чудесный отель для отдыха вдвоём или для семьи с ребенком. Остров очень небольшой, водные виллы отдельно, поэтому с другими гостями встречаешься редко, только на завтраках и ужинах в основном. Нам очень понравилось взаимодействие с персоналом, все дружелюбные, всегда улыбаются, подсказывают и отвечают на все вопросы. Спасибо большое Imran, он услышал наши пожелания и сделал для нас лучшее предложение. Спасибо огромное нашему Батлеру Лиза, она просто чудо. Первые дни она нам делала приятные сюрпризы и все рассказывала. Она всегда на связи и очень мило поможет в решении любых вопросов. Спасибо ей большое за заботу. Так же мы благодарны Shiyan, мы ездили с ним на необитаемый остров и увидели там черепаху. Отдых в этом отеле нам очень понравился. Еда очень вкусная, персонал всегда приветливый, природа очень красивая.

在岛上仅仅4个晚上，但是感受到很多热情，每一位服务过我们的朋友都很热情周到，当然杨雪经理给我们的帮助尤其多，主岛餐厅有一个大概叫Meizi的女孩特别的热情交谈，每次都能叫出我女儿的名字。Yuzu的餐厅离我们的水屋近所以光顾更多些，Liz，Shaffaf，Kalpa，Azeen这几个名字都熟记于心，两个餐厅的菜品份量足够多，很遗憾天气原因另一个沙滩海鲜烧烤没有体验到。为我们客房服务的Niusuam也是很用心的晚上帮我们拉上窗帘打开音乐。风浪大多少会有点遗憾，但是宽大的房间，热情的服务足以弥补一些遗憾。酒店的环保主题也很棒，随处可见的小鱼海洋生态真的很好。总之一次不错的体验。

Не стоит тратить много времени на выбор отеля на Мальдивах. Можно точно бронировать Рафлс и не пожалеть об этом. Прекрасное место, качественная еда, отличные виллы, как на воде, так и на острове. Сервис был великолепен, спасибо батлеру Лизе за это.

최고의 여행지에서 최고의 리조트를 경험했어요. 신혼여행 이후 결혼기념일로 아이들과 함께 방문했습니다. 오랜 고민 끝에 래플스를 선택했고 최고의 결정이었어요. 사실 한국인들 방문이 적고 그나마 신혼여행 리뷰가 전부라서 약간은 불안했는데 웬걸요. 너무나도 아이들 친화적인 리조트입니다. 키즈프로그램도 있고 모든 직원들이 아이들에게 친절하고 배려하는 부분이 참 좋았어요. 시설도 너무 좋았고, 특히 담당 버틀러 Fara 의 배려로 룸 업그레이드, 스케쥴 조정 모두 너무 많은 도움을 받았습니다. Koky와 Yasru 역시 깔끔하고 친절하게 응대해주셨어요.
