Sensationnel ! 4 nuits de pur bonheur. Tout a été pensé pour que l’on s y sente bien. Ce n’est pas de l’hôtellerie marketing, c’est en harmonie avec le lieu. Calme et volupté Du petit déjeuner gourmand au coucher on y a passé 4 journées relaxantes et calmes après le brouhaha de Hanoi. Les équipes sont aux petits soins, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnellisme sans reproche. Je classe cela dans le top 5 de mes hotels. À ce niveau, ce n’est plus l’hôtellerie seule mais le séjour complet, l’expérience

Spektakuläre Architektur inmitten des Jungels. Allerdings ist der Service nicht über alle Zweifel erhaben und das Essen entspricht nicht den Anforderungen eines solchen Hotels. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut. Allerdings könnten diese hier und da etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen.

Je laisse peu de commentaires sur les réseaux sociaux (en fait, c’est le premier). Si je choisis de le faire pour cet hôtel, c’est pour remercier encore vivement toute l’équipe qui prend soin de ses hôtes. Il y a le cadre: un décor de montagne avec un parc national qui permet l’accès à des sites religieux et naturels exceptionnels. Il y a bien sûr l’hôtel. Tout a été dit. Les locaux sont magnifiques. L’intégration dans le paysage est très bien pensée. La décoration est bluffante, des objets du lobby jusqu’aux cadres de portes. L’ambiance globale de l’hôtel invite à la détente par son calme. Mais il y a surtout le personnel. Un professionnalisme irréprochable et un sourire constant. Les jardiniers font un travail magnifique tandis le service est courtois et chaleureux. Enfin, la cuisine est délicate et originale (je ne m’attarderai pas à nouveau sur la déco du restau qui est à la hauteur de tout le reste). Merci à toute l’équipe du Legacy pour ces quelques jours de repos.
