Very unique experience that you can find nowhere even in Viet Nam. I am so impressed with all the decors and their stories behind. We was lucky enough to hear stories from Linh, a dedicated receptionist at the place. Wish to bring my family here

Veryyyyyyyy goodddddddddd! I really like the view and the decoration and also thanks Ms Dao - the staff, house keeping in here, she is very supportive and friendly! I really enjoy it. The weather in here was so nice for the outing activities.

Picturesque place. Comfy beds. Neat & clean facilities. Friendly staffs: Ms. Nhung at reception was very nice & helpful - Bartenders at the bar were admirable - House keeping were cheerful - Waitresses at breakfast were pleasantful………..

Such a lovely and relaxing stay! The hotel itself is stunning. The rooms (we were staying in the junior suite category) was large and beautiful and the bedding is excellent. The restaurant was also excellent, better than the average Accor restaurant The staff really outdid themselves during our stay: our meditation instructors An and Hang did a fabulous job. The massages I got from Linh were among my best ever. Huong, the receptionist at the Spa, was so helpful! The only drawback came from one of the staff at reception: I was going to go on an excursion up the mountain and asked the gentleman at reception if he could fill up my water bottle and he refused (pretending they did not have a fountain which was just a lie as one of his colleagues had done it for me the day before…). And being gold member from Accor, we asked this same man for a late checkout after a 3 night stay (we wanted to have a spa treatment and leave at 4pm) and he refused - pretending the hotel was full. He would not even give us an extra hour (even though it had already been agreed by his manager) It happened to be false information again as i would have been able to book a room for the following night on their site in the same category… I talked to his manager the day after and he agreed for the late checkout but that was too late for us as we had already organized our transportation. Beside these 2 issues, all other staff has been perfect and our stay was a real success.
