Tannker Families - TripAdvisor review

Check in service staff was brief and never share much info about the hotel. Bedding was not thoroughly cleaned was bitten by bed bug. Free photo service provided by hotel but photographer was not professional. Hotel staff ask for good review in exchange to give you better service and offer.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the banyan tree hotel in Yangshuo. The location, right by the river, offered stunning views of the mountains and an enchanting light show. Hotel provided plenty of dining options, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. The gym was well-equipped, and although the swimming pool was lovely.

The hotel is located in the perfect spot .The hotel room is clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and bathroom is very clean. The front desk people are friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. The lovely concierge always greeted us as we walked in and out of the hotel. The food was good and it had a variety of western and traditional food.

Lovely hotel in a quite are outside the town itself. Hugh rooms. Outdoor sitting as well included. Lovely bath in enclave. All the features you could ask for. Double sinks. Many features. Good lounge room size too. Good dining area. Very pleasant quiet place.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful smoke rooms. We actually stayed in a villa, 2 bedroom which was the better deal for us. Every room is is beautiful; the decor throughout is gorgeous and elegant. The food at the restaurants is pretty good, not phenomenal. The food at the Chinese restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast had ample choices. The spa was A++ (I granted it its own separate review). Def worth a visit. It has a great pool overlooking the river (although the bar at the pool not open when we were there. Beautiful spot to walk the grounds, the hotel itself is gorgeous. The staff is very attentive.
