예약할때 날짜를 잘못예약하고 와서 굉장히 당황했는데 괜찮다고 알아보고 날짜변경도 도와주시고 지내는동안 불편함이 하나도 없게 도와줬습니다. 특히 Jennie, man! 고마워요. 강추해요 최고의 리조트입니다ㅎ

Un sueño! La calidad, la hospitalidad y el cariño que te dedican desde antes de llegar hasta después de haberte ido, es excepcional! Vale la pena hospedarte varios días para aprovechar todo lo que ofrecen y disfrutar de una experiencia muy completa. Tuvimos la suerte de que Mi, nuestro contacto en el hotel, nos hiciera un seguimiento muy cercano, pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar y siempre a disposición, además de darnos recomendaciones y resolver todas nuestras dudas para nuestros siguientes destinos.

Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in wirklich schöner Lage am Strand. Wir haben 5 Nächte hier und hatten eine Pool-Villa am Strand. Der Service war großartig, nicht nur in Bezug auf die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen oder Unterstützung bei geplanten Touren oder Shuttleservice. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Turn-Down-Service beschränkte sich nicht nur auf das Bettenmachen, sondern beinhaltete einen Full-Service. Wir essen vegan und auch hier versuchte man uns sehr zu helfen! Das Essen in den drei Restaurants war sehr zufriedenstellend. Man muss wissen, dass das BanyanTree sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist und man Fahrten zum Beispiel nach Da Nang einplanen muss. Wenn man sich entspannen möchte und Ruhe sucht, ist man hier gut aufgehoben.

Wir haben in der Beach-Villa gewohnt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das kulinarische Angebot läßt das Herz höher schlagen. Der hervorragende, herzliche Service rundet den Aufenthalt nochmals ab. Selten haben wir uns so willkommen gefühlt, wie in diesem Hotel.
