1박에 100만원이 넘는 숙소는 어떨까 궁금했는데 정말 최고의 경험이었습니다. 숙소 뷰와 컨디션은 최고였고 리조트 내 수영장과 다양한 프로그램이 잘되어있어서 리조트 내에서 2박3일 지루할틈이 없었어요. 다낭에 단순한 오션뷰 숙소는 많지만 객실내에 바다와 해변이 어우러지는 인피니티 풀을 가진 숙소는 반얀트리랑코뿐일거에요. 그리고 리조트 내에 24시간 의사가 상주해 있습니다. 리조트에 머무는동안 배가 아파서 도움을 요청했는데 바로 약을 처방해주었어요. 16만원상당의 저녁식사를 예약해둔 상태였는데 무료로 취소해주고 대신 방까지 흰죽을 가져다주셨습니다. 식당에서 배 아프다고 하자마자 매니저 Win이 달려와서 다이렉트로 의사한테 데려다주면서 식사예약 취소, 죽 서비스까지 이루어져서 너무 감동이었어요. 왜 1박에 100만원 받는지 바로이해됐습니다…. 그리고 미리 스파, 해양스포츠 등 예약할일이 많았는데 담당 버틀러 Yen이 있어서 카톡으로 바로 예약할수있어서 너무 편했어요. 다른 후기보면 버틀러가 휴무라서 불편했다는분도 계시던데 Yen은 자기 쉬는날에도 카톡으로 예약이나 불편사항 다 연락달라고하더라구요(물론 쉬는데 방해될까봐 연락은 안함;;) 리조트 자체가 크고 객실수가 많지않아서 머무는동안 정말 한가롭고 조용하게 휴가를 즐길수있었습니다. 다음번엔 라군풀빌라에 꼭 다시 방문하고싶어요.

Banyan treeホテルチェーンに宿泊するのは3回目でしたが、Villa hostという形で今回ほど親身に対応してもらうのは初めてでした。偶然にもオフシーズンであったこともあり、レイトチェックアウトなどなど数々のホスピタリティに大変感謝しています。villa host のHaoさんいろいろとありがとうございます！ 当然ながらBanyan treeの品質はその他に劣らず大変素晴らしいものでした。

とても素晴らしい滞在でした。客室担当コンシェルジュのWendyは、すべてのActivity、レストランのアレンジをタイムリーにしてくれました！日本人用にLineを使ってのコミュニケーションをしてくれたのも嬉しかったです。 ダナンからは遠いので、専用のタクシー運転手を手配してもらうと便利です。（コミュニケーションはwhatsupかfb messenger) 無料のアクティビティがあり、ヨガ、アーチェリーなど楽しかったし、有料ですがATV（四輪バギー）はとても気持ちよかった！

文句なし。私の英語力がもっとあればもっと楽しめたかも。食事は高い、どのレストランもレパートリーがいまいち。アクティビティいろいろ、今回は暑すぎてギブアップ。 でもまた来たいホテルです。Miさんどうもありがとう！

nonostante il mal tempo un piacevole soggiorno coccolati da uno staff sempre attento, disponibile e gentile pulizia ai massimi livelli e servizio impeccabile.La direzione del hotel eccelsamente premurosa e attenta verso ogni esigenza della propria clientela.
