家庭出游选择了悅榕庄，全家都很开心。地理位置好，周边有很多适合游玩的地方，出行很方便。房间干净整洁,空间宽敞,适合带孩子入住。景观优美，孩子趴在窗边看风景都看入迷了。工作人员对小朋友也很友好，下次家庭旅行还会考虑。

上海悅榕莊悅心池浪漫江景房踩雷 2個月前就指定要西側的東方明珠景觀房，結果到現場先給我12樓的無明珠塔房，發了啤氣後竟然換8樓更差的給我，酒店經理terry跟我說景觀房被連住客住了，所以這家酒店的訂房照片是詐騙嗎？搞了一個小時才說給我30%的折扣，請問這是你們悅榕莊的待客之道嗎？奉勸大家不要去這家悅榕莊消費

Un rooftop qui offre une vue incroyable sur Shanghai la nuit. Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur sur la terrasse et c’était calme. L’ambiance est plutôt intimiste, de quoi passer une soirée tranquillement, avec une vue exceptionnelle. Les cocktails étaient incroyables. Et la nourriture était très bonne. 2시 30분 도착. 체크인 요청(멤버는 혜택이 있다). 데스크가 아닌 로비의 소파로 안내. 직원에게 멤버임을 밝히고 이른 체크인 요청했으나 불가. 3시부터 체크인 안내받음. 남들 다 받는 웰컴티..우리에게는 없음. 그러나 1박에 RMB980 추가요금내고 룸업그레이드 하면 가능하다고 안내받음. 기분 나쁨(멤버는 가능할 경우 무료 업그레이드 가능) 3시까지 기다리기로 함. 4시까지 아무도 응대 안해 줌(중간에 세번이나 체크인 관련 문의 드림) 덥고 화나고 시간낭비. ALL 메일로 위 상황 전달. 3층의 제일 낮은 일반 룸으로 배정. 멤버 혜택인 음료쿠폰도 누락됨. 체크인 후 매니저에게 전화가 옴. "룸업그레이드 해줄게." 다른 말도 있었지만 전화로 소통하기에는 영어가 부족해서 페이퍼로 요청. 당연히 묵살. 총평. 최상급의 숙박비와 최고의 뷰를 가진 최고 시설의 호텔이지만 반얀트리 라는 이름이 아까움. 모든 반얀트리는 다시는 안감.

Das Hotel liegt am Nordteil vom Bund und trotzdem ist die Verbindung nach Pudong by ferry oder Puxi by Taxi und U-Bahn sehr gut. Schlafkomfort und Ausstattung des Zimmers. Besonders toll das Frühstück zwischen 7.00 und 12.00 . Der Service gut und immer freundlich. Das GYM und der riesige indoor Pool top .
