We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at Banyan Tree Samui in a Pool Villa with a stunning sea view. The villa's layout was flawless, with the infinity pool easily accessible from every area. All dining options are with high standard, complemented by the exceptional service from the staff, and our Villa Host Chan was most helpful and always respond to our text messages speedily. We are planning to come back again sometime next year !

The resort was lovely!! Room was clean and had all the facilities one’d expect. And having a high ceiling is always a plus ;) !! We enjoyed the performance/activities that were available - and Aek, our Rum class teacher was a star! We learnt a lot and had a fun time. Our hostess - Nicha, was terrific too! She was always patient and swift in helping us book activities / answering our questions / reminding us pf our itinerary and always had a big smile on her face!! Overall would highly recommend this place and their team to anyone thinking about visiting Koh Samui.

We had a great dinner at Saffton today. Ocha and her team were so helpful and attentive to our needs. Really enjoyed the delicious dinner.

It's our second time visiting at Banyan Tree Samui, and everyone who work at Banyantree Samui made us feel comfortable and relaxed so it's definately worth visiting. Especially we would like to thank Chan, who had been taking care of us during our stay with professional and kind service and Jack, who had been showing very kind and humorous service at Beachside restaurant. Of course, including Chan and Jack, every staff was so amazing and kind, lovely. We will come again for sure, hope to meet staffs again.
