Palatial hotel with amazing service

The Rixos is a stunning hotel and the service is outstanding. The hotel entrance and atrium are very impressive and so was our room. There is a quite formal restaurant, but I didn't see many people in there. You can order food and drink at the tables in the atrium and there is a nice atmosphere here. The menu is interesting and extensive and service was great. It was freezing cold in Feb (minus 28) and I was really pleased to be able to get such good food in the hotel. There is also an Irish music pub in the hotel which is open 24 hours and full of smokers, which felt a bit out of place, but seems to be a thing in Kazakhstan.

Hotel wysokiej klasy, prestiżowy, pokoje ciche z wygodnymi łóżkami, dobzze wyposażona łazienka w kosmetyki. Śniadania smaczne, urozmaicone.

Szanowny Panie O., Dziękujemy za opinię. Cieszymy się, że Pański pobyt przebiegł w większości pomyślnie. Jeśli chodzi o "The Irish pub": czy mógłby Pan napisać do nas na adres as…? Stayed there for 2 days, loved everything. Very spacious and clean rooms, attentive and friendly staff. Especially enjoyed the spa and hammam; there are many procedures available. A hotel with a unique style where you can enjoy a pleasant stay overall.

Perfect localization in the center of Astana. Nice room and spa. Unfortunately, unexpected low selection of food during breakfast. Very professional and friendly staff, especially the lady from touristy office. Highly recommended:)
