First time stay at Swissotel and it has been a memorable experience. The room was well maintained and homely with all the available amenities with bonus sustainability factor which is a very nice surprise. We have been assisted very well by the housekeeping staff Romeo and Arman. The breakfast buffet was also something to look forward with menu that can cater to everyone's tastes. The location was very accessible with so many restaurants around and metro stop nearby. It has been a very enjoyable stay.

We all had an amazing experience at the Swissotel, they have an amazing team and staff members go above and beyond. One special shout out for ‘Bhim’, whose for almost all of our stay for 2 weeks would come to our room and clean it thoroughly and always ask if we needed more.

The location is convenient for travel right next to the metro. The check in was quick by Diab, exceptional service by him. The housekeeping was fast with the requests. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel atmosphere was luxurious. The whole team was amazing at the hotel. Will definitely visit again.
