Dear Mr Malcourant, We receive this comment more than 9 months after your visit to Paris. We want to clarify some of the information you write about your comment. We followed the procedure and explained it to you, a statement to the police is essential. This is in the French law. We asked you for the oral procedure, it was never transmitted to us. We haven’t had a call from the police. We did not accuse the airline definitively, we talked about the other possibilities of this incident because we had no proof the same morning of the course of the incident. We also didn’t call you a liar, we explained that we needed investigations and evidence to understand the situation. We did not refuse any refund, we asked you for an invoice for the brand bag that you reported stolen. The purpose is to make an insurance declaration for your compensation. Invoice that you never sent us. You pointed fingers at one of our employees and made racist and defamatory comments about her. This is unacceptable to us. You apprehended our guests that morning to tell them to flee our hotel because we were thieves, this is also defamatory. We confirm once again that personal has in no way stolen from your room.
