I have booked 3 rooms for my upcoming trip (19 Dec 2025) via both Accor & Trip.com and has been trying to reach out to the hotel for some questions as I am travelling with elderly folks. Tried sending email - NO RESPONSE; Called their mainline - Operator answered; said they are busy and to communicate via WeChat for faster response. Added them on WeChat - NO RESPONSE!!!

The hotel is a pretty old hotel that needs a refresh. If you notice the photo, they only show the entrance of the hotel, there is no drive way and a set of stairs leading up to the lobby, so be prepared to lug your luggage up. I was surprised to find my towels with large holes in them (pictured) but the housekeeping itself is okay. Buffet breakfast is nothing to shout about, it does it job. Location is good with access to convenience stores, eateries and the lake. The one redeeming factor is the front desk staff. They are courteous (which you don’t often find in China) and very helpful. Even the security staff will offer assistance with luggage. Overall an okay stay but I will probably not return.

Located not too far from Hefang Street, Silk Street & West Lake, it is a nice hotel near a busy road with helpful staffs. Only thing is their pillow is way too flat, gave me stiff neck every day. Nearest MRT is at North Zhonghe Road Station which is about 5-10 mins walk. Across the road from hotel, you will find a small food outlet runned by a humble family serving nice & cheap food, nothing fancy but worthy of it, don't know the name but you won't missed it if you used the underground walk way tunnel to cross to Dafuqing Lane. Overall, happy staying at this Hotel.

Good location for visiting Hangzhou, walking distance to the lake. Building rather dated, but the room was modern and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing against traffic noise - there is a very busy street just outside. Helpful staff, although limited English.

The Hotel is well appointed and Staff are very Friendly and Helpful. The train is very close, 10 mins by Taxi and there is many Restaurants for eating in the area. Breakfast was good with several different options for Foreigners. The room was quiet and air conditioning was good. Like many Chinese Hotels there is no Bar to have a nice relaxing drink. Overall a pleasant stay.
