Me and my family we have been in Rixos Tekirova and Rixos sungate is well We were planing to go to Rixos Belek premium What we find out is about Rixos Belek is That narcotic police had an operation into hotel and they found class A drugs in entertainment managers room and there was a lady who made the complaint to the police which she has been abused by the manager How come brand of Rixos allows this kind of things happening in the hotel How family’s will feel save to leave their kids at the kids club or let their teenagers to entertain by these drug addicts staff employee by Rixos hotels And what we find out the manager still works for premium Belek hotel

Disappointing Experience at Rixos Sungate I would not recommend this resort if you are not Russian. The atmosphere heavily caters to Russian guests, which unfortunately led to several unpleasant experiences during our stay. Many Russian guests drank excessively and disturbed others around the pool area. When we raised our concerns, the resort manager arrived with one of the Russian manager to discuss the issue directly in front of the intoxicated individuals. This approach felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were essentially told that this is an “entertainment area” and that we could move to other pools if we wanted peace and quiet. The situation escalated when a group of four drunk Russian guests started playing football by the pool, shouting loudly. One of them fell, injuring his leg badly, which left blood around the pool area. This incident only heightened our discomfort and concerns about safety. Additionally, the entertainment Russian staff, and particularly at the Anjana Spa, were impolite and unaccommodating to non-Russian guests. Their behavior felt dismissive and biased, which added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a resort. The lack of professionalism and the clear favoritism toward certain guests made our stay highly uncomfortable. I would not recommend Rixos Sungate unless you are prepared for this kind of environment.

Excellent stay. We visited Rixos Sungate on October 16th for two weeks. On arrival, everything went smoothly. Staff were attentive and anticipated our needs. I was travelling with 6 year old twins. The Rixy club was second to none. It’s the best kids club we’ve ever been too :o) I’d like to make a special mention to Ahmet from World Class, he went out of his way to entertain my girls, did separate classes with them, and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The fitness classes were well ran and it was fab to have the juice bar :o) The grounds were well kept, great choice of drinks, good selection of foods. The staff in the Rixy club were wonderful with my girls and they couldn’t wait to go each day, it was a jam packed schedule with all activities which they love. There wasn’t a lot to do in the evening, however we’d done enough in the day that once we’d been to the mini disco we just had relaxing evenings. We visited the Al a’carte several times which were all delicious. Definitely a family friendly hotel, and we’d absolutely return in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to return.

So my wife and I planned a trip to Turkey and came across this hotel as an online recommendation from booking.com - No one from our friend circle had ever stayed here but we decided to give it a shot. And it was THE MOST AMAZING resort/hotel we have ever stayed in. The view, food, accommodation, daily activities,free access to Land of Legends, night life bands and orchestras and most importantly the super highly cooperative staff members and guest relation officers, they were the main reason that our stay became memorable. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that their guests are taken care of and enjoying themselves. No matter what you need they'll be there at a moments notice. I want to specifically mention Mr. Cihan (GRO), Ms. Yelmiz, Ms. Nadia, Ms, Mileke, Mr. Amirreza and Ms. Jihaad exceptionally cooperative and super caring people. Thank you! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Beautiful resort, we were upgraded to a private 3 bed villa with pool access to the rear. It was absolutely stunning never stayed anywhere so nice my husband and I had an entire floor to ourselves with dressing room, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, absolutely amazing. Mini bar in every room downstairs shower room and small kitchen in the entrance. This is not the place to come if you want a quiet holiday the resort is very lively with pool side DJ’s. The water was freezing so not many people in the pools. Outdoor nightclub my the beach I think is open till 4 am. Singers at the bar very repetitive same singers every couple of nights. Food Not good definitely not 5* Very repetitive. Breakfast is waffles, pancakes, eggs then not much else for British palette . Lunch was good at beach restaurants but same every day, burgers,hotdogs, chicken. Pizza, salad and Jpots Food was slightly different in kids club with some pasta dishes. All branded drinks at the bar, make sure to tip and they will look after you, especially the young boys in roller skate seeing drinks all day by the pool, they were landed with a tip every other day. Evening not much for British palette, we were really fed up by the end of the week. A la Carr not great basic at best. Kids area absolutely beautiful a bit like a center parks set up in the trees, my girls are too old so didn’t attend kids clubs, but were more than happy with the sweet carts and popcorn in the evening all free! Lovely outdoor games which passed an hour each night. Wouldn’t come again as food let it down.
