We recently stayed at Rixos Sungate The Land Of Legends Access with our family and had mixed feelings about the experience. The hotel has great potential, especially for families with children — our daughter really enjoyed the variety of activities and the opportunities to make friends, which was a highlight of the trip. However, from an adult perspective and based on international 5-star standards, many aspects of the stay were disappointing. First, our room preferences — clearly stated multiple times prior to arrival — were completely ignored, without explanation. We had specifically asked for a room in the newer Block, but were assigned a room in an older section, which felt dated and below expectations. Breakfast was perhaps the biggest letdown. The organization was chaotic, with long queues at the waffle and omelet stations due to limited equipment (only two waffle makers for hundreds of guests), and the variety of items was far below what one would expect from a 5-star international hotel. No fresh orange juice, lack of quality fruits, ( quantity only available but No quality) and an almost complete absence of sweet pastries or international baked goods (no muffins, no selection of croissants, no donuts, no pancakes, etc.). The salad served was still wet with water, and the only "desserts" available were four dry industrial cookies or not suitable for breakfast. This is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. Furthermore, the hotel is effectively split into two different levels of service: the Diamond section and the rest. Unfortunately, if you are not in the Diamond section, the experience falls short — both in terms of room quality and general service. In our opinion, the non-Diamond side offers a 4-star experience at best. While the price is very High as a 5-star, the experience is not. To be completely honest, the overall value for money was not satisfactory. For the price we paid, we have stayed in much better properties, including global luxury chains (such as Four Seasons, LHW, etc.) that offer superior service, better dining, and more consistent quality, instead of quantity only. On a positive note, we did appreciate the staff’s effort to assist after our feedback, especially the kind and responsive personal assistant throughout our stay, who genuinely tried to help us have a better stay. For that, we are grateful. However, unless significant improvements are made — especially in food quality, room assignments, and service consistency — we would find it difficult to recommend the hotel to international travellers expecting true 5-star standards.

Un resort molto buono per le famiglie con bambini. Piu buono di tutti Nella Zona di Kemer. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza speciale con le nostre due figlie di 10 e 2,5 Anni. Manca solo la qualitta di cibo nell restorante principale. Le bevande erano buone.

Oggi siamo il 19/08 siamo ancora nel hotel tutto perfetto fin'ora ristorante ben ordinato pulito cibo meraviglioso personale educato e sorridente Oggi ho chiamato per farmi cambiare la lenzuola a dirittura dopo ne anche 2mn ma dico davvero 2mn ci sono arrivati da me in camera 4 adetti alla pulizia....comentero dopo il mio soggiorno per raccontarvi di più.
