Eine Woche Entspannung pur. Die übersichtliche Anlage lädt zum entspannen, aktiv werden und kulinarisch genießen ein. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und ging auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ein. Als Alleinreisender wurde man direkt und zwanglos in den Club Alltag integriert.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie bei uns eine erholsame Auszeit genießen konnten und sich in unserer übersichtlichen Anlage rundum wohlgefühlt haben – sei es beim Entspannen, bei sportlichen Aktivitäten oder beim kulinarischen Genuss. Besonders schön ist es für uns zu lesen, dass Sie sich auch als Alleinreisender sofort willkommen gefühlt und sich unkompliziert in den Cluballtag integriert haben. TUI Magic Life Rixos Beldibi’nde harika bir konaklama geçirdim ve hem dinlenmek hem de aktif bir tatil yapmak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Daha en başından itibaren resepsiyon ekibi profesyonel, güler yüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Check-in süreci oldukça rahattı ve her soruma ya da isteğime hızlıca destek oldular. Özellikle Misafir İlişkileri ekibini ayrı bir şekilde övmek gerekiyor. Çok ilgili, samimi ve gerçekten misafir memnuniyetini önemseyen bir ekip. Sadece görevlerini yapmakla kalmayıp gerçekten yardımcı olmak istediklerini hissettiriyorlar. Eğlence/animasyon ekibi enerjik, eğlenceli ve çok iyi organizeydi. Gün içinde birçok aktivite, akşamları ise keyifli şovlar vardı; ama hiçbir zaman yorucu ya da bunaltıcı değildi. Hem dinlenmek hem de sosyalleşmek isteyenler için mükemmel bir denge sağlanmış. Yemeklerin kalitesi ve çeşitliliği oldukça iyiydi. Restoran ve barlardaki servis ekibi her zaman güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çalışkandı. Otelin doğayla iç içe konumu, güzel plajı ve genel temizliği de deneyimi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Genel olarak, bu oteli iyi eğitimli personeli, güçlü organizasyonu ve sıcak atmosferi gerçekten öne çıkarıyor. Konaklamamı bu kadar keyifli hale getiren tüm ekiplere teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim.
