This is the best resort I have stayed in in my life. The staff have been so kind helpful and amazing!! They have made my stay so much better especially Ali at the pool, Cagdas the manager and all other staff at the pool, resteraunts and every other department they always have a smile on their face and so happy to help. The service is the best service I have received from any hotel. The food was unbelievably good. There were so many different gluten free options including desserts and there were cards on each dish with allergens which made it so easy for me to eat without worrying about my intolerance. I would 10000% come back here again and reccomend this hotel to anyone. We also received a free room upgrade with the most beautiful room and breathtaking view which made our stay even better. Thank you for the staff for making this a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Where do I even begin with this review! If you are considering booking this hotel take this as your sign to book right now! Your family will thank you! First of all the room is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in it is impeccably clean has everything you could ever want and not to mention the most stunning view of the entire resort. The food is probably the best hotel food we have ever had. It is incredibly clean and such a good variety every day for lunch dinner and not to mention a beautiful Turkish breakfast. The staff is really and truly some of the best we’ve ever come across every single person we have encountered has been nothing but friendly and helpful and so amenable to every single one of our requests. Granted, we did visit in April so the weather was a little bit up-and-down, but we did not allow this to overshadow our visit as the hotel really truly made up for where the weather was a little bit unpredictable. We specifically want to thank Çağdaş who welcomed us with such a friendly and smiley demeanour and really made us feel so welcome from the beginning. For any TripAdvisor uses please feel free and welcome to ask any questions and I’d be happy to answer them. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I cannot wait to stay here again in the future and bring all my friends and family! PS - honestly, the list of staff names to give a special shout out to you is endless and we cannot remember them all but I want to give a special thank you to the staff around the pool who served us lovely drinks and we’re so incredibly warm and friendly! Special shout-out to Ali Ozan at the pool bar!

First time here and our experience has been wonderful. We checked in 3 days ago and we were immediately upgraded to an executive room. The manager Cagdas Baykal was very welcoming to us. The room was clean and luxuriously presented. I think this theme is consistent across the hotel. All Staff is lovely and friendly. Drinks server Huseiyni was quite attentive in taking our drinks order whether we were at the beach or pool. The hotel has a lovely relaxing luxurious ambiance and just what we needed to escape from our hectic life back in UK. There is WiFi service everywhere, even at the beach. I tried the Turkish hamman massage and it was great. Felt relaxing and again staff was friendly and warm. The spa and sauna is free to use and available to all guests over 16. We did numerous walks and it is peaceful to walk around the resort. We also tried The Godiva cafe and had exceptional service from Ceren who recommended delicious desserts for us to try and which we loved. We leave in 2 days but already thinking about coming back as our experience has been perfect and just what we needed.

We have had the most incredible stay at Rixos- it exceeded our expectations. The staff are so attentive and answer all our requests. The food is delicious and the room is so beautiful. Jahan and Pelin have been so lovely and given us lots of recommendations for activities for our stay. Alpha and Selen were very helpful with accommodating us to a room which was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Also a huge mention to our diving instructor Ahmit who has been a star and taught us this amazing skill!

I came here to experience a lovely break. The staff were helpful specially perlin nazla and Jahan. We had pleasant weather for the few days. Cagdan made the experience memorable as we were celebrating my son’s birthday and was accomodating. I am checking out today and sad to be leaving to go back home with a pleasant stay. I’m yet to try the Turkish hammam, to relax before heading home. Will definitely come again for a short break.
