The hotel is genuine luxury, the decor is well designed with quality finishes. You are given personal assistants (Atakan and Asya) who are responsive to every need and all staff are friendly and attentive. It's a true all inclusive and you feel extremely safe (especially for children). The views are incredible!

Amazing hotel. Very very cordial staff. Spacious rooms and excellent view from all the rooms. A co ordinator with a what's app group has never been experienced. The food spread was also superb. The concept of all inclusive was a great treat. Please add more vegetarian options. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Berkan and Inteoman were superb

We are a family of six and can’t wait to return to this amazing hotel. Special thank you to Berkan Yorgun who was Standout staff member who made our stay very pleasing and was very helpful. We highly recommend this place. The food is amazing and the facilities are oh highest quality. Turkish bath house and the spa facilities is out of this planet.

This hotel is amazing and the drivers who drive the buggys are kind and the service is efficient. The buggy driver Hayrullah/ Ayotollah was really nice and gave an efficient service - never waiting too long for a driver - however on 2 occasions we had to call reception again as buggys took longer than expected (around 10 - 15 minutes) The food was great from the different restaurants with wide variety of cuisines and the cafes and deserts were lovely.

Emin , Berkan helped us a lot during our stay. They accommodated to all our needs which was very impressive considering we didn’t go during season. Our stay was good. Delicious food. Clean room. Great view with gold sand. Room service is very good.
