One of the best hotel which i have stayed in my life . Luxury, royal , gold , everything realted to luxury you will find it in this hotel , concierge Ms Anastasia definitely you should ask about her she is so nice and helpful 24 hr available for your service and everything is on your mobile just write on whatsapp and immediately you will receive your request. Thanks anastasia . Mr surgey front desk is so cooperating with your request thanks surgety . Last but not least the GM Mr Tovmas met me personally and guarantee my pleasure stay . Even on the check out he was there to say bye . I recommend everyone for this hotel . I have a lot to say about this hotel really i will be back again if this team will be there only .

Great hotel with marvelous view and amazing breakfasts. Wish I could go there in Winter Guest relation manager Anastasia is a star! Staff in general is just great and I couldn’t ask for more. Good to realize I have a proved quality place to stay while I’m in Sochi

Stayed another early autumn holiday at the Rixos Krasnaya Polyana with my daughter. It was perfect in all aspects, best regards and many thanks to the hotel team. Location is the best, in the heart of the mountains with very easy excess to the facilities of Krasnaya Polyana and seaside Sochi. In the recent years (I am a visitor since 2017) the hotel is definitely keeping his place of the best in the spot, with a lot of improvements going on.

The normal room in booking thier was a balcony in the pictures but when we reached the hotel they told us that only the deluxe room has balcony so they upgraded our room to deluxe for free, the hotel was perfect everything was perfect the reception was happy to help us 🥇

I spent in Rixos one of the most beautiful nights of a lifetime, it was an unforgettable experience, since from the day of arrival, we were surprised by the hospitality and good reception, and the room was upgraded to an amazing view by the Uzbek employee and the reception staff , I would also like to thank the employee “Valeria” for her help in all that we ask, and her smile did not leave her.
