Nice, quiet, clean hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was baffled by why the sheets and comforter were only 3/4 the length of the bed, but I got over it.

WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ⚠️☠️ Servers are so rude. 2 servers shouted and raised their voices at our group 7 in the morning before breakfast and zero apology, no nothing. (Sept 23, 2025) For a hotel marketed for pilgrims, they really don't practice the religious humility and belief of Fatima. 0/10

Our first time in Fátima and we booked this hotel as it’s centralized to what we wanted to do. It’s very convenient as it’s right on a corner. Parking was a bit tight below but we managed. Glad we did not have a larger vehicle. We took the elevator up and we were greeted and checked in fairly quickly. The checking area, bar, lounge seating are on one side. They have a restaurant type on the other side where they serve breakfast or dinner. We did dinner once there and really enjoyed it. It’s pretty new hotel compared to the ones next to it. It’s pretty quiet as well but not sure because we were here on a Tuesday. Room is good size for the 2 of us. Bathroom and shower are separate which I like lots of It’s next to the Fátima church which was amazing to be so close and less than a few mins walk to it. Really enjoyed the hotel. I’d recommend it..

We stayed for two nights. Room design is horrible. Bathroom is essentially part of the room. No closet. A few hangers above the coffee counter. Not even a hook to hang a coat. Breakfast was 15 euro, not 9 like website says. It was good, but confusing with small buffet area, and most food brought to your table. We stayed at Estrela hotel before, and that was a better choice. Seems that whenever I stay at Accor chain hotel I’m disappointed.

The hotel is a cool concept of registration and bar all in one. Its clean, sleek, and the rooms are good sized. Arrival was a breeze. The onsite parking makes things very easy with the hotel conveniently located. The breakfast is a bit expensive for what you get compared with other properties in Portugal and at $16.00 is frankly ridiculous for a very limited menu without a real cooked to order breakfast other than sunny side eggs. The other egg option was cold hard boiled eggs. If it had not been for Diana who was extraordinary by going out of her way to get us cappuccinos and working around the significant limitations of the breakfast offering, we would have just left to get breakfast elsewhere. We also had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant and while the service was excellent the sea bass filet I thought was microwaved and was awful, and the hamburger ordered medium well came rare. The hotel has kinks to resolve in the restaurant area although the rest seems reasonably well managed!
