Se eles construiram um Budget Hotel para voce se hospedar uma vez e não voltar. Conseguiram. Depois de uma excelente experiencia no Ibis São José, viemos cair neste de Itajai , Um Budget. Apto não tem toalha de rosto, não tem frigobar, não tem mesa e cadeiras, tv lateral sem visão. Voce precisa torder o pescoço para assistir. Imagine 1 hora assim? Tudo precisa descer para comunicar .No site é uma coisa e na real é outra. Secador só se pedir. O hotel tem que ser uma extensão de sua casa, mas este decepcionou. Nenhum conforto básico. Não tem lugar para colocar malas, cabideiro de 20cm para pendurar nossas roupas, temos que deixar tudo no chão , inclusive cobertor pois a mesa de 40cm de diametro, estava ocupada com nossas malas e coisas. Dois bancos de plastico de buteco que não segura nada. Comunicação impossivel pelo wats, não atendem. Indicaram um fone que fica na parede no fim do corredor, longe. Nos deram um quarto de caderante, não sei porque. O controle do ar é na parede na altura do meu joelho tendo que se ajoelhar para ligar. Chuveiro molha tudo ao redor menos quem está embaixo. A agua do chuveiro vasa para o lado de fora alagando o espaço. Janela abre tres dedos quase sem vantilação.Tarifa cara e flutuante, nunca se sabe quanto vai pagar, isto não é honesto e sério.Travesseiro padrão baixo, se juntar os dois fica alto. Muito complicado. Tv e ar dificil de ligar sem praticidade nenhuma tendo que chamar a camareira para ensinar a mexer nestas coisas. Nada pratico na hotelaria. Café da manhã excelente, e restaurante bonito nada condizente com os quartos. Lamentável. Não voltaremos Obrigado Cesar

I booked a room for the Vela Show fair and I had a great experience. Hotel is very well located, with a McDonalds across the street and 3 blocks away walking from the Centreventos of Itajai. The room was very clean , bed very comfortable. The staff were very helpfull. I didn´t had breakfast there was very expensive, but they have some option of snacks and sandwiches in the lobby area.The parking lot is also paid .

It’s an economic hotel, not recommended for families. The rooms are small and poor. The price is good, but you will have to pay extra for a parking lot. You will have to pay extra for breakfast too. This is a good hotel whem traveling alone.

Awful breakfast

Worst breakfast I've ever had. There was no tea. Just one kind of cake. It had a cheese and a prejunto. Do not get coffee out of the bottle. My wife had to return in the room to pick up snack to eat. They were only worried about charging the coffee, but offering the quality coffee did not bother.

Not that cheap

I booked two rooms well in advance, paying much more than I would if I had just booked at front desk, even with a discount from the Accor chain for being a member. Breakfast is poor, room is ok. First night had a problem with running water in one of the rooms, front desk didn’t do anything after complaint. Tourist trap, don’t fall for the bait of “low cost”, because it is not cheap for what it offers.
