Começou com a péssima experiência com o estacionamento,vc não encontra ninguém na entrada,vários carros parados na porta do hotel,mal consegui parar,muita chuva e sem local coberto,fui na recepção a moça com cara de quem tá fazendo favor me mandou voltar,localizei o funcionário que me deu um ticket e me mandou voltar dentro do hotel pra pagar,paguei e não tinha bobina no totem,não imprimiu meu cupom,voltei na chuva depois de alguns minutos o funcionário imprimiu minha nota. Estou no 8° andar e o elevador só vai até o 5° e ninguém avisa que tenho q pegar outro. No quarto não tem geladeira com esse calor q está na cidade. Péssima experiência,não voltou nunca maisssssssss.

I booked a room for the Vela Show fair and I had a great experience. Hotel is very well located, with a McDonalds across the street and 3 blocks away walking from the Centreventos of Itajai. The room was very clean , bed very comfortable. The staff were very helpfull. I didn´t had breakfast there was very expensive, but they have some option of snacks and sandwiches in the lobby area.The parking lot is also paid .

Not that cheap

I booked two rooms well in advance, paying much more than I would if I had just booked at front desk, even with a discount from the Accor chain for being a member. Breakfast is poor, room is ok. First night had a problem with running water in one of the rooms, front desk didn’t do anything after complaint. Tourist trap, don’t fall for the bait of “low cost”, because it is not cheap for what it offers.
