Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, tasty food, and great cleanliness. The area is also family-friendly – there’s a children’s playroom in the same complex, which is a big ➕️ for families. The spa area feels a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

So, this is a really nice hotel in heart of Sarajevo. It is close to Bascarsija, the staff, everyone is really nice. Food is also on the level, with a dash of Arabic spirit. Fresh flowers are everywhere around the hotel. And there is also Bvlgari wash and hand cream in toilets.

Rooms are small, bed is not comfortable, customer service is poor. Worst is that it's a noisy environment right near the mall. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Some rooms have a nice view. but other than the mall you are far from attractions. You will need to take a tram. Keep in mind the restaurants don't serve alcohol, there are better choices in Sarajevo.
