Prachtig hotel, helaas kom je door een muur van sigaretten rook naar binnen. Er stonden zeker 5 medewerkers bij de voordeur van het hotel te roken. Nadat de sigaretten uitgemaakt waren kwamen ze naar binnen om ons bij de receptie te helpen. Ook bij het ontbijt was het personeel drukker met elkaar dan met gasten.

Very Disappointed - Pests, Poor Service, and a Catastrophic Stay

We arrived late at night with our three young children, tired after a long journey. We had booked a villa and were looking forward to a peaceful and pleasant stay, but unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed. As soon as we entered the villa, we were greeted by an unpleasant sight: long-legged silverfish crawling on the ceiling, a dead beetle in the shower, and spiders hanging from the ceiling. My husband had to go to the reception, and we were promised two rooms in the main building instead. When we finally reached those rooms, they were no better. We found a live silverfish on the floor in one of the rooms, and outside our other room, there was a large dead brown beetle. We felt very uncomfortable staying there due to the pests and insects, and now we were left without accommodation in Sarajevo in the middle of the night, with three tired and disappointed children. We contacted the hotel's manager, Nermin Horman, who informed us that they would not reimburse us for the nights, even though we had paid over 500 euros for accommodation that we never used. After a long night of searching for another hotel, we eventually found a room at Ibis Styles. When we checked in, we realized that it was actually a sister hotel to Tarcin. The room was okay, but the breakfast was another disappointment. Dirty plates, an unappetizing buffet, and ants in the restaurant quickly made us realize that we didn’t want to stay here either. In summary: We had a terrible experience at Tarcin Forest Resort and spa and cannot recommend it to anyone. Poor hygiene, pests, unprofessional service, and no support from the hotel when we needed it the most. Avoid this hotel if you want a comfortable and safe stay.

First of a very friendly staff, especially Tareq, with a great smile and attitude willingly to assist you with your needs. Also, others like the old guy in the restaurant. If you need to see a fabulous scenery of condensed greenery covered in the morning with fog carpet mesmerizing your sensation, then take your beloved husband and stay there.

The air was so fresh. The views were spectacular There is not much to do apart from absorb the beautiful scenery around you. Quad biking, walking trails. Spa facilities But you can go down to the town if you wish The staff were so Accommodating, the waiters were brilliant and very helpful. They made you feel at home. All service came with a smile. We never felt rushed when we had any meal. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was always excellent. Only qualm was their restaurant food. This needs to be improved. This hotel hosted a certain type of customer group. That were not rude , rowdy, inappropriate. you never felt uncomfortable.

The isolated spot, also from entertainment

This resort is located somewhere in the nowhere. At first glance its exiciting place. The view on the Dinar Alps is spectacular and in fact, there is very peaceful surrounding, but there are not many atractive options around. The rooms are quite large and good organized, but lack of them the warm atmospher. The restaurant is not cozy, too much modern and awkward. The food was not outstanding and for a dinner with wine we had to move to the motel 7 km away. The non-alcohol policy in the 5 stars international hotel is something not understable. The muslim guests were dominating at the hotel, including the wedding party, but the venue should have the offers for different kind of clients too.
