You’re absolutely right — it’s often the small touches, like a fruit plate with a personalized birthday card, that make a guest feel genuinely appreciated. Your comparison with standards from other hotel groups is very helpful and gives us a clear direction for improvement. We also sincerely apologize for your experience at breakfast. Turning off the coffee machine before the official end time does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Even close to or slightly past the stated breakfast hours, guests should still feel comfortably taken care of.
