I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please, kindly be informed that that free of charge Hotel- Airport shuttle service is available between 06.00 and 24:00 behind the hotel. The Budapest Airport operated Minibus service and taxis can be reached on the Terminal. On the other hand, I would like to inform you that there is a taxi stop in the "arrival" site where you can order taxi. Next time If you have an assistance like you need a special shuttle service please contact with our staff or reservation department they can help to you in this case.
