The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and exactly what is needed for a one night stay. The walls are a little thin though, so you can hear your neighbours! Food in the restaurant is good but extremely expensive for Hungary! Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Left airport about 8pm trying to get shuttle or figure out how to get to hotel. Called like 8 times and nobody answered the freaking phone. Had an 80 year old with me that needed assistance but since there were no taxis at airport due to late arrival and nobody at hotel answered the phone we had to ultimately walk to hotel. Shared my grievances with the front desk and young woman was apologetic and nice. The short haired blond older lady gave me attitude so I gave it right back. Newsflash, answering the phones is a front desk job so do it Ms. Attitude. Then get to the floor and its like a dark tunnel. Get in the room and even more disappointment. We dont even want to touch anything. Slept in our clothes for 5 hrs, didnt shower and ran the hell out of this place. Not what we expected or are used to at all. We left the Marriott Budapest to come here cuz we have an early flight but didnt realize we would have to deal with poor customer service and feel like staying at a hostel. Never again.

Please, kindly be informed that that free of charge Hotel- Airport shuttle service is available between 06.00 and 24:00 behind the hotel. The Budapest Airport operated Minibus service and taxis can be reached on the Terminal. On the other hand, I would like to inform you that there is a taxi stop in the "arrival" site where you can order taxi. Next time If you have an assistance like you need a special shuttle service please contact with our staff or reservation department they can help to you in this case. Strait forward check in, very clean and modern rooms. The staff very helpful and kind. The provided breakfast is in buffet style incl. hot and cold selection of food, pancake maker. It was very delicious. We were miss the room service. If you arrive at night, ther are not many options for eating. It is recommended for everyone.

Номер был необходим на несколько часов сна после долгого перелёта из Дубая Находиться в номере невозможно из-за ужасного шума кондиционера, а без включения кондиционера на тепло очень холодно в номере В результате я не смогла отдохнуть и не получилось заснуть ни на одну минуту Менеджер на ресепшн равнодушно отнеслась к моей просьбе поменять номер Холодно и неприветливо разговаривала, раздраженно пообещала отправить в номер мастера , чтобы исправить ситуацию, но никто не пришёл Ни разу в жизни не встречала такого отвратительного отношения от менеджера отеля, она показала абсолютное нежелание помочь в сложившейся ситуации Отель хороший, но эта девушка менеджер испортила все впечатление , из-за неё только негативная оценка
