Paguei preço de hotel quatro estrelas em um hotel de categoria econômica. Quarto pequeno e pouco arejado, banheiro mínimo, atendimento fraco. Já me hospedei através desta rede em instalações bem melhores. O hotel é categoria três estrelas mas te cobram por mais, tive que pagar café da manhã à parte e serviço razoável

O Ibis Style atende perfeitamente todos os requisitos. O café é muito bom, quartos bons e sempre limpos, bom atendimento e boa localização. A única crítica é com relação aos pontos ALL Accor, tanto para esta unidade como para todas do Ibis: toda vez tenho que solicitar os pontos pelo app ou site, nunca é automático. Mesmo falando com o recepcionista no check-out, os pontos não são creditados. Fica a sugestão.

We were greeted by friendly and courteous staff and a smile. We were made to feel like it was a home away from home. They were clearly a team and went out of their way to make our stay a nice one. We stayed there for our wedding anniversary so the catering staff made us an anniversary cake with a card. We were touched by this! Our room was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We loved it there!
