L’hotel nella sua struttura e’ bellissimo ma le camere sono vecchie e sporche e non degne di un struttura di questo genere

While I am glad you appreciated our "piece of history" and our beautiful gardens, I am sincerely sorry that the condition of your room fell so far short of the standards we aim to provide. Please accept my apologies for the issues you encountered with the walls, carpet, and the cracked sink. Maintaining a historic landmark is a constant responsibility, and it is clear that in this instance, we missed the mark. Your specific comments regarding the humidity and the upholstery in the bathroom have been shared directly with our Housekeeping and Engineering heads for immediate inspection and rectification. We take your comments seriously as we plan our ongoing restoration and renovation projects.
