Thanks to all the staff for making our 8 day stay pleasant. The fresh linen, the comfortable bed and the clean room. Amazing. The laundry was clean and the powder was free. The pool and the sauna helped fill a lazy spare afternoon. The location was amazing and within walking distance to everything we needed.

Newish hotel that's on the hilly edge of "CBD" so approaching on foot is steep. Reception and check-in zero issues with Fatima curtious and helped me throughout my stay. The room was very compact. Very I've had bigger rooms in Japan But it is clean and well designed Tbh, I'm glad I was the sole occupant Bed lovely and soft Zero views and excellent views from the opposite side, which makes me wonder why designer didn't allow for more rooms there The gym is very compact and busy every morning before 7 am One day, I just decided to jog in nearby, park No immediate eats nearby save for in-house asian joint Didn't try Parking was behind the hotel and very tight corners It's not ideal for campers All in all, they would stay again

Excellent service, clean rooms. A group of us stayed at the start and end of our Three Capes Trek adventure. The hotel was happy to store our excess bags. Very central for restaurants, marina all walking distance. Big thank you Dave especially for your hospitality.

成間房好大塵，冇鼻敏感都變有

第一晚去住我先生已經鼻敏感得超嚴重，鼻水倒流，咳個不停。我本身冇鼻敏感，都狂流鼻水。發現房間好大塵，所有黑色表面e.g.搖控、熱水壺…都佈滿塵，唔知啲員工有冇抹房嘅野，連我一件著黎訓教嘅黑色上衣，訓左一晚都痴滿塵。有一晚兩個垃圾桶都冇倒，員工明顯要加強培訓房間清潔度。或者冷氣抽風過濾系統都要再注重一下，地毯吸塵都要再加強一下。我老公到而家番左香港都未好番，好慘。 早餐係幾好嘅，多野食，都好食。
