It is truly disheartening to hear that we did not meet your expectations this time, particularly with the standard room allocation. I understand your frustration, especially as your previous stay was more comfortable and influenced your decision to return. When the hotel is operating at high occupancy, room allocation can unfortunately become more challenging, however this should not detract from the overall experience and I am very sorry that it did. I also regret that you felt the assistance at reception was unhelpful, as this is not the level of service we strive to provide.
