​"มีโอกาสได้เข้าพักที่ โรงแรมไอบีส สไตล์ กรุงเทพ รัชดา เมื่อวันที่ 24/12/2568 ที่ผ่านมา ประทับใจมากจนต้องขอมาเขียนชื่นชมพนักงานและมาตรฐานของโรงแรมจากใจจริงค่ะ ​1. ด้านความปลอดภัย (เหตุการณ์ประทับใจ): ช่วงเวลาประมาณ 13.00 น. ขณะกำลังจะขึ้นแท็กซี่ที่มารับหน้าโรงแรม เจอคนขับก้าวร้าวและพูดจาไม่ดีใส่ เลยตัดสินใจไม่ไป คนขับไม่พอใจลงมาต่อว่า ต้องขอบคุณ ทีมพี่ๆ รปภ. 2 ท่าน และพี่หัวหน้า รปภ.อีก 1 ท่าน (รวม 3 ท่าน) ที่รีบเข้ามาช่วยระงับเหตุและปกป้องเราทันที พี่ๆ ทุกท่านเป็นมืออาชีพและจัดการสถานการณ์ได้เด็ดขาดมาก ทำให้เรารู้สึกปลอดภัยและอุ่นใจที่สุดค่ะ ​2. การบริการของพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์: ขอชื่นชมพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ทุกท่านที่ต้อนรับอย่างยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้บริการรวดเร็ว และคอยช่วยเหลือด้วยความใส่ใจตลอดการเข้าพัก เป็น Service Mind ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากค่ะ ​3. ห้องพักและอาหาร: ในส่วนของห้องพักสะอาดเรียบร้อย นอนสบายมาก และที่ประทับใจไม่แพ้กันคืออาหารรสชาติดี อร่อย และมีคุณภาพคุ้มค่ามากค่ะ ​สรุปแล้วที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่บริหารจัดการดีเยี่ยมในทุกด้าน ทั้งทีมรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เป็นที่พึ่งให้แขกได้จริง และทีมบริการที่ทำให้การพักผ่อนสมบูรณ์แบบ แนะนำเลยค่ะ ใครมาทำธุระแถวรัชดาต้องที่นี่เลย ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนที่ดูแลอย่างดีนะคะ จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ"
