下水道堵塞,水盆,浴盆不流通

一头雾水，太不专业了，对客户太不负责任了！

宾馆应该没得说，但我最最不好的感觉，我订单上是包含早餐的，确扣我早餐费，电视机收费项目没有告示，我们当晚入住已12点了，说是我朋友看的，人家才18岁，回宾馆洗漱就休息了，经协条说错扣了，只扣我城市税费，我好无语，这么漂亮的酒店仅那么不专业，因为出现错扣费，我立马报信用卡部把卡停了，说明情况后我立马恢复卡，但卡号变了，你们发给我确认单我一一回复，反馈说我卡过期了，至今我还没收到压金，这些些都是发生在我离店后两天，为什么当时不面对面告诉我，需要扣钱？这是酒店管理上的漏洞呀！
