Rooms are clean, spacious, and elegant. Highly recommend the gold fairmont suite room with complimentary access to gold fairmont lounge. Special mention to the executive lounge team Iris, Mia, & Lesley for the warm hospitality and service.

Great hotel, one of the best ACCORs I have been to. Exceptional service from all staff members - consierge, reception, restaurant, nice lounge with good variety of food and once again, exceptional service! The room has all amenities, high floors have a beautiful city panorama, sadly we were too busy to enjoy LOL. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chengdu

Customer satisfaction provided by Elias and Mandy was superb. Homely and comfortable experience at Fairmont Chengdu, highly recommended to all travellers. Was also fortunate to get Indian Food which was make to order by Chef. Thanks Fairmont

We love staying here at the start and end of our stays in Chengdu, it’s an easy 3 minute walk from the metro line which goes directly to Tianfu airport. Friendly welcome by English speaking staff, large comfortable rooms most with good views. Breakfast is satisfactory , large selection of mainly Chinese dishes. Will be back I’m sure

Very good service and food! I personally love drinking alcohol lol. The cocktails tastes very good and I am a light weight already feel buzz after one glass The dishes tastes delicious and present in a classy way which suits the overall environment and 44th view. Overall authentic gives me NY vibes. Good for solo who enjoy quiet bar, dates and business meetings etc.
