I stayed on the Club Floor from September 4th to 6th, 2024. The staff were consistently attentive and polite, but Mandy, the Club Floor Manager, really stood out. She was not only gracious and attentive but also went above and beyond to assist me with a delivery service. Although this request was against hotel policy, Mandy made an exception when she realized it was important for my return to my home country. Her willingness to make this exception reflects excellent judgement and true leadership. Keep up the great work!

优点：1、高档酒店中距离机场较近，交通方便 2、金樽酒廊名不虚传，服务到位，套餐式下午茶甜点好吃 3、公区和客房的装修都挺好的，符合定位 4、房间宽敞通透，床品舒适可以改进的地方：1、前期沟通希望欢迎礼加一杯葡萄汁，到客房后确实只有葡萄汁没有水果或点心，可能是未达到赠送欢迎礼标准？可以理解但有点疑惑 2、餐饮算是中规中矩稍不符定位吧，自助晚餐如果不打折要接近五百一位，但是自助区没看到什么让人眼前一亮的硬菜，水果蛋糕早早被切完然后一直没有补，很遗憾 3、金樽房型要是加装智能马桶就更好了总结：靠近机场，整体较好，给9分
