Staying at Raffles Shenzhen is an experience of warmest hospitality, room is super comfy with great view, everyone is so amiable, food is amazing. Special thanks to Irene, she is very helpful and nice with a good smile. She helped me with making the bubble bath at late night but still be so professional. Thank you so much!

I informed the hotel prior to my arrival that my stay would be part of my birthday trip through several cities. I was completely amazed by the lengths the Raffles Shenzhen team went to ensure my birthday stay was exceptional. From the very first email correspondence with Qian Liu to the handwritten birthday cards from Kathryn and Esther, the team made sure my welcome experience was seamless and personalized. But that’s not all. When I ordered room service in the evening, along with the food came a Raffles birthday cake, and Becky, Frieda (Butler), and Nick (IRD) made sure it was an evening to remember. At checkout, Echo's farewell was genuine and warm, cementing a lasting impression of the exceptional hospitality at Raffles Shenzhen. My only regret is not staying for a few more nights at Raffles Shenzhen. 😅

I recently stayed at Raffles Shenzhen and had an overall excellent experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. The afternoon tea was delightful, with a serene ambiance and exquisite pastries that were perfect for unwinding. The gym was well-equipped, providing everything needed for a good workout. The swimming pool was beautifully designed, with clean water that made swimming a pleasure. A special mention goes to the staff, who were professional and incredibly welcoming. In particular, I want to thank *Frieda* and *Becky* for their exceptional service. They went out of their way to set up a bubble bath for us, which was a wonderful surprise and provided much-needed relaxation during my busy schedule. Their attention to detail and care truly made my stay memorable.

【24小時管家服務】 這是酒店的最廉價柴房（只是昇了海景），這酒店沒有Lounge，但Mini-Bar任食任飲。房間支援無線充電、USB充電、Dyson風筒、備有雨傘和瑜伽蓆，餐廳、游泳池、Gym房的設施和服務都在頂尖水平，但對於如此奢華的酒店而言，這些只是標準配置。這裏真正的重點是：24小時管家服務。 管家可以： 1. 幫我設置泡泡浴，有四種精油選擇 2. 幫我執拾行李 3. 幫我沖茶和沖咖啡 4. 協助規劃行程 5. 安排餐飲的預訂和介紹酒店 6. 記錄我的喜好，第二天的入住，我已經看不見一杯有糖飲品 非常感謝管家柳纤纤的一路照顧和支援，他一直也很願意聆聽、非常快捷的回覆，服務態度一流。 【24-Hour Butler Service】 This is the cheapest room of the hotel (with an ocean view upgrade), as the hotel does not provide a Lounge, but the Mini-Bar is free-flow. However, for such a luxurious hotel, these are just standard amenities. The real highlight here is: 24-Hour Butler Service. The butler can: 1. Help me set up a bubble bath, with a choice of four essential oils. 2. Help me unpack and pack my luggage. 3. Brew tea and coffee for me. 4. Assist in planning my itinerary. 5. The Skyline view and the Shenzhen Bay view is excellent. The hotel is clean and stylish. Amazing stay at Raffles SZ, a lot of warm heart feeling received from arrival, during stay and departure. I would like to thank 秦桂兰 for good service. She was professional and working with passion. She helped to make my stay as comfort as possible. I will stay here next time when I come to Shenzhen!
