I had an extremely pleasant stay at Raffles SZ and I'm particularly eager to give a huge thumbs up to the housekeeping staff here. From the moment we checked in and entered our room, we were greeted with meticulous care. Amy, who was in charge of our floor, had such a warm and friendly attitude. There was always a sincere smile on her face, which made us feel right at home and relaxed immediately. When it came to room tidying, Amy's work was truly outstanding. Every day when we came back from outside, we would find the room spotlessly clean. The bed was made perfectly smooth, without a single wrinkle in sight, and the pillows were placed just right, making it so inviting that we couldn't wait to lie down and unwind. I'm truly grateful for Amy's dedicated service during our stay. Her efforts made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable, and also enhanced our favorable impression of this hotel. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience the excellent housekeeping service at Raffles SZ!

这是我在深圳住过最好的酒店，无论服务，住宿环境，景色，还是餐厅。特别是服务：首先，我在莱佛士深圳酒店中遇到的任何一名服务人员都很乐意帮助我。其次，特别是我的管家石美玲(Kathryn)女士，不但给出了我一般的入住建议，并且在我和朋友相聚时提供了很多专门的帮助：帮我取到了寄到礼宾部的给朋友的礼物，并且包装好且协助我打开快递，在我忘记带瑞廊的酒券时预支了两张酒券给我。我非常看重这次和朋友的相聚，且这次在在莱佛士酒店的相聚可以打100分。但我得承认，如果没有石美玲(Kathryn)女士的协助，这次相聚估计只能有80分。总而言之，如果下次依然去深圳南山区，莱佛士酒店会是我的首选，它给我留下了美好的回忆。
