Excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. Shoutout to Hadi for being extra nice and sharing his culture with me. Beautiful rooms and an amazing Buffet/grill restaurant. Even the manager and 2nd in charge were very generous with their time, checking in to see if we are enjoying our stay. Great business facilities as well. Fair disclaimer: I am not used to luxury of this level (business conference, very generously not paid for by me) so I’m very easily impressed, even so everything was perfect about my stay and I enjoyed my brief experience of the high life.

I have stayed a number of times at the Fairmont Riyadh this year, and as always, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel consistently delivers a truly exceptional experience. What I loved: Impeccable cleanliness: The rooms are spotless and meticulously maintained. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Delicious breakfast: The breakfast spread is a highlight of my stay every time. There's a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the quality of the food is outstanding. The egg station is one of the best I have seen. Personalized service: The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I especially appreciate the warm welcome I receive from the Argentinian lady at The 365 reception. She always remembers my name and makes me feel valued as a guest. Overall: The Fairmont Riyadh continues to be my go-to hotel in Riyadh. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city. Suggestions for improvement: The check-in could be made faster and the coffee at breakfast could be improved - it was weak and too sour.
