Abbiamo fatto un’ottima scelta scegliendo swissotel . Un hotel molto bello pulito e comodo e il cibo molto buono e i personali sono molto bravi cortesi e sanno fare bene il loro lavoro . Sono molto soddisfatta e lo do più di cinque stelle.

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Al Maqam during our recent Umrah, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We booked a spacious triple room with a stunning city view — impeccably maintained, quiet, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation after long hours at the Holy Mosque. We opted for the half board package, and both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. Each meal offered a remarkable variety of fresh, flavorful dishes catering to all tastes. As an added delight, our access to the lounge was perfect for an afternoon break, especially for the children to enjoy light snacks. As Silver members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, we were warmly welcomed with priority check-in, special amenities, and refreshing welcome drinks in recognition of our partnership. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly valued and appreciated. The hotel’s location could not be better — just steps from Masjid al-Haram, allowing for easy access while still offering a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Every member of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Swissôtel Al Maqam delivers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left with beautiful memories and look forward to returning on our next journey to Makkah.

I recently completed a 17-night stay at Swiss Al Maqam Hotel in Makkah. While there were a few mishaps during my stay, I can honestly say that I am satisfied overall and would be happy to stay here again in the future. One of the highlights of my experience was the professionalism and courtesy shown by Mr. Ahmed Albeshi. After I sent an email regarding the issues I faced, he personally came to my room, offered a sincere apology, and spent about 15 minutes discussing and resolving the concerns. His gesture and follow-up made a big difference in my overall experience. After that meeting, all services improved noticeably, and I had no further problems—for example, my key card access continued to work without any issues. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job throughout my stay. The room was consistently well-maintained, and their efforts are truly appreciated. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ahmed Albeshi and the entire staff at Swiss Al Maqam for their dedication and hospitality. Despite the initial difficulties, I left the hotel feeling satisfied and grateful. Thank you once again.
