Un séjour mémorable. L'expérience de la vue directe sur la Kaaba depuis la chambre est unique. Le système audio qui retransmet l'Adhan et les prières du Haram directement dans la chambre permet de rester connecté spirituellement à tout moment. Le standing est excellent : chambre spacieuse, très bien insonorisée, immenses placards. La salle de bain est moderne et la douche dispose d'un banc en marbre intégré, un atout sécurité et confort indéniable pour les personnes fatiguées après la Omra. Point important sur l'accès : L'hôtel offre un accès direct au Haram via les ascenseurs. Cependant, dès la sortie de la tour, la densité de la foule est extrême. Se déplacer vers les restaurants extérieurs (comme Al Romansiah à 400m) demande beaucoup d'énergie. En résumé : Un hôtel magnifique pour le confort intérieur, parfait pour se reposer.

3835 очень хорошо уборка проходит отлично и понравилась еда все понравилась все было на высшем уровне спасибо за гостеприимство за доброту и за заботу за не забываемые моменты со всем персоналом который помогает тебе в любую трудную секунду и во время окажут тебе помощь Прекрасный отель в Мекке: чистые номера, внимательный персонал и спокойная атмосфера. Удобное расположение рядом с Харам, вкусные завтраки и отличная организация. Персонал всегда готов помочь, чувствуешь заботу и уважение. Рекомендую паломникам и семьям для комфортного, благословенного пребывания. Цена соответствует качеству, сервис стабильно высокий, возвращаться сюда приятно снова и всегда хочется.

We booked a spacious triple room with a stunning city view — impeccably maintained, quiet, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation after long hours at the Holy Mosque. We opted for the half board package, and both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. Each meal offered a remarkable variety of fresh, flavorful dishes catering to all tastes. As an added delight, our access to the lounge was perfect for an afternoon break, especially for the children to enjoy light snacks. As Silver members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, we were warmly welcomed with priority check-in, special amenities, and refreshing welcome drinks in recognition of our partnership. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly valued and appreciated. The hotel’s location could not be better — just steps from Masjid al-Haram, allowing for easy access while still offering a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Every member of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish.
