Dette er tredje gang vi bor på Swiss Makkah Hotel, og vi er like fornøyde hver gang. Servicen er fantastisk, rommene rene og komfortable, og beliggenheten perfekt. Vi vil spesielt takke restaurantpersonalet – Mohsin, Ibrahim, Osman og Jalal – for utrolig god service og oppmerksomhet. Maten var helt fantastisk, og de gjorde måltidene våre til en ekstra hyggelig opplevelse. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake og anbefaler hotellet på det varmeste. Dessverre opplevde vi én situasjon som trakk opplevelsen veldig ned. Hadeel i resepsjonen var ikke hjelpsom. Hun var uvennlig og frekk, noe som ikke samsvarer med den ellers høye servicen på hotellet. Likevel kommer vi gjerne tilbake, og vi anbefaler hotellet varmt for deres generelle kvalitet og flotte personale!🇲🇦🇳🇴 😁👍👍Hilsen Naoual, Jamila og Amal

Hôtel excellent avec vue sur le haram une grande appréciation et remerciements pour Mohamed à la réception que je remercie bien pour sa gentillesse et son sens professionnel . Hôtel immense et très apprécié. Un petit bémol pour la restauration la nourriture très salé et épicé le chef doit penser aux personnes âgées et aux malades. Je reviendrai si Dieu le veut.

Pour un hôtel 5* il manque beaucoup de choses. Le service n’est pas au top, pas de boissons ni dans la chambre ni au restaurant ( deux jus de boîte au restaurant), salle de bain à rénover, clé de la chambre qui fonctionne pas, sur 5 jours 4ou 5 fois on m’a changé la clé. Il y’a 45 étages si je ne me trompe pas ma chambre était au 42 eme étage numéro 4200 et tout le monde mange dans le même restaurant pas assez de places. Le seul avantage que j’ai trouvé dans cet hôtel c’est qu’il est proche de la mosquée al haram.

Abbiamo fatto un’ottima scelta scegliendo swissotel . Un hotel molto bello pulito e comodo e il cibo molto buono e i personali sono molto bravi cortesi e sanno fare bene il loro lavoro . Sono molto soddisfatta e lo do più di cinque stelle.

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Al Maqam during our recent Umrah, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We booked a spacious triple room with a stunning city view — impeccably maintained, quiet, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation after long hours at the Holy Mosque. We opted for the half board package, and both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. Each meal offered a remarkable variety of fresh, flavorful dishes catering to all tastes. As an added delight, our access to the lounge was perfect for an afternoon break, especially for the children to enjoy light snacks. As Silver members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, we were warmly welcomed with priority check-in, special amenities, and refreshing welcome drinks in recognition of our partnership. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly valued and appreciated. The hotel’s location could not be better — just steps from Masjid al-Haram, allowing for easy access while still offering a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Every member of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Swissôtel Al Maqam delivers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left with beautiful memories and look forward to returning on our next journey to Makkah.
