المطعم جميل جداً كانت وجبة الافطار الاجواء حلوه وتفتح النفس والخدمه كانت ممتازه من قبل الجميل وكان استقبال الشيف كريم رضوان الله يسعده جداً ممتازه والاكل كان لذيذ وكان طاقم الخدمه بصفه عامه ممتازه كانو جداً بشوشين الله يسعدهم وباذن الله راح اكرر الزياره

اولا كل عام وانتم بخير و أتوجه بالشكر بولمان زمزم مكة علي واجب الضيافة العظيمة و اسلوب الفندق الراقي و أخص بالشكر الشيف كريم رضوان في مطعم العنبر علي ذوقه المتناهي و اداه الاكثر من رائع ف العمل وايضا اشكر جميع العاملين بقسم المطبخ ع تفانيهم ف العمل و علي تقديمهم لنا اجود انواع الأطعمة و كل عام وانتم بخير

Situato nei pressi della Kaaba, in pratica bisogna prendere solo due ascensori per ritrovarsi all’entrata della moschea. Il Mall e il supermercato si trovano nello stesso building.Le camere vecchiotte e non pulitissime, ne avevamo prese due, ma visto l’enorme afflusso di pellegrini in ogni giorno dell’anno hanno una giustificazione valida. Avevo un problema con il telefono in camera e con lo scarico del bagno, ma sono prontamente intervenuti per ripristinare entrambi. Noi avevamo optato per la mezza pensione, buffet del mattino molto vario, ristorante per la cena sempre a buffet ma molto più curato ed elegante.
