Good service, room and facility. Stylist concept for interior. So many spot for take photo, lobby, cafe and swimming pool. Recommend for next stay with friend or business trip. Food and drink full of variety, taste was good and for presentation too

In my experiences staying in Ibis Styles Medan, i’ve never felt so being served with excellent and joyful Services. I’d love to take my family to stay in Ibis Styles Medan because it has clean and comfortable bed and also delicious food and beverages.

Bad Customer Service and Room Cleanliness

I have stayed in several Ibis Hotel chains but what can I say, Ibis Style Hotel Medan Pattimura is the worst especially in terms of customer service and cleanliness. They choose with whomever they want to treat well. If they see you as a nobody then you will not be treated kindly. The most impolite thing is when a man work as security guard yells at Grab bike not to send me to the lobby during the drizzle. You can talk nicely without raise your voice. All staff are not trained in customer service seem unfit to work at this hotel. But lucky only one girl staff at the reception named Valensia is very nice and kind. She help me a lot. Congratulations Valensia. Cleanliness is also very very bad. The bedsheet was dirty and not changed as it had been used by the previous guest, pillowcase stains, dusty everywhere , fingerprint on the mirror, the room is not vacuumed. I have sent an email 3 days before my arrival but to no avail. Insan M Fachrudin please look on this matter not only just say sorry with reply this review without any action. Otherwise you fail in performing the role as General Manager.

My 2-day stay was enjoyable ! Hassle-free checked-in process, had room 703 which is well-arranged n everything was on-point. Water dispenser was available in each floor, so refuel the drinking water anytime. The breakfast was great n tasty, with variety of local dishes, combined with Asian n Western foods. I love the local 'lontong Medan' n the traditional dessert 'lupis'. I also had my buffet dinner, with the spread of delicious choices, included seafood barbeque. The crew was helpful, attentive n friendly. Bravo, Ibis Styles Pattimura Medan ! Keep up the good works !

Overall i love ibis pattimura, kamar, pool, the service was amazing. Excellent!!!!!! Security didepan top. Bell boy juga sangat membantu dan ramah sekali didepan. The other side need to improve,Resto staff need to more smile to the guest.
