Thank you for making my sister's birthday and celebration even more memorable. My sister was happy and amazed when she entered her room. Thank you again, Ibis Styles Medan Patimura. The room was clean and fragrant, very comfortable. The service was also good, which made me even more impressed. Eating in the restaurant was very comfortable and the food was served quickly. The breakfast menu was also varied and the taste was also quite good. Hopefully, the High OCC hotel will be even more crowded.

As the 2nd Accor property in Medan I thought I would stay at my first IBIS for a couple of nights. The welcome was warm and staff throughout were helpful and courteous. My room was right at the end of the corridor, as I had politely requested and ensured a quiet stay. The decor was modern and exactly as it looked on the website. There was everything you could wish for in terms of desk, comfy chair, tea and coffee etc. You are not paying for luxuries after all. Wifi was responsive and reliable in both the room and common areas. The only improvement I would make were the pillows were very, very soft and offered no support. I did have a very sore neck waking up! Breakfast was fine but we didn’t return after our first visit; just not for us. All in all it offered a clean and nicely appointed place to stay, at a great price.

Good basic 3 star Ibis style hotel, good reception staff, hotel reception including public toilets are very clean Rooms , are all very clean and comfortable beds, great Aircon, very fast WiFi, modern smart TV, with connectivity to apple TV, netflix to YouTube ++++, they also have safe deposit boxes and cooler box fridges in all rooms The hotel has an indoor swimming pool on the 1st floor, gym, and meeting rooms.
